  1. Rental Agreement By booking a rental with us, you agree to abide by the terms of our rental agreement, which will be provided to you upon booking confirmation.

  2. Reservation and Payment To reserve a rental property, you must make a reservation and pay the required deposit or booking fee. Full payment is due prior to check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of rental and the length of your stay. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details. Any refunds due will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

  4. Check-in and Check-out Check-in time is anytime after 4pm MST, and check-out time is anytime before 10am MST. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.

  5. Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for maintaining the rental property in good condition during their stay. Any damages or losses caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged accordingly. 

  6. House Rules Guests must comply with the house rules and regulations of the rental property. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in eviction without refund.

  7. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our privacy policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  8. Disclaimer Highland Haven Management and property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay at our rental properties. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

  9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

  10. Credit Card Fraud Prevention Clause Due to an increase in credit card fraud incidents, we only accept direct bookings for our properties in the State of Colorado if they are made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date. This measure ensures transaction security and allows ample time for necessary verifications. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
